Students interested in participating in athletic activities this school year. Please make sure you complete a physical and turn in the VHSL physical form (MUST be the new revised January 2021 form) to Mrs. Hughes in the front office before your first day of workouts. The physical must be dated on or after May 1st of the current year through June 30th of the succeeding year. The form can be accessed on the NMS Homepage, in the links to the right, or NMS front office.
