VHSL Physical Information

Students interested in participating in athletic activities this school year, please make sure you complete a physical and turn in the first three pages of the April 2025 revised VHSL physical form to Mrs. Hughes in the front office before your first day of workouts.  The form can be accessed on the NMS Athletics Homepage, in the links to the right, or the NMS front office.
